A respected labour leader brings decades of experience, credibility, and member-first advocacy to a growing program built for union members, retirees, and their families.
iinta and My Union Rewards are proud to welcome Rob Mason as Union Liaison.
Recently retired following a distinguished career with the United Steelworkers, Rob worked closely with local union leaders, members, retirees, labour organizations, and community partners throughout the region.
Rob’s addition to the iinta My Union Rewards team represents a meaningful step forward for a program focused on trust, access, service, and real value for union households. His background is rooted in the labour movement, and his career has been defined by advocacy, relationship-building, and a practical understanding of what working families need from the organizations that serve them.
Rob understands the labour community because he has spent his career standing beside working people, retirees, and their families.
