This is where Anna Rhymer, owner and operator of Fitness Fast Track!, comes in. The studio opened in 2018 and has been successfully operating since then. In the wake of COVID, the studio began offering virtual sessions — allowing clients to train from home.
Rhymer began working in nutrition and fitness because of an “overwhelming” desire to help people, stating that because each person is unique there is no “cookie-cutter” approach.
